Taco Billy, ooh I love Taco Billy. Apparently its a chain of restaurants and I make a point of eating there every time I'm in Ashevile, NC (which is several times a year). Its a taco place that opens early for breakfast and they serve cocktails and beer.

Ordering at Taco Billy is really simple, you walk in the door, order at the counter, and in a few minutes you have your meal. The breakfast tacos are excellent.

I always get two tacos, usually one Billy Holiday and one Billy Ocean. They're both essentially the same, but one has sausage and the other home fried. Sometimes I'm lazy and just get the merger of the two which is home fries, sausage, eggs, and cheese. They're used to this, so its not a hassle to get them that way.

Make sure to leave a little room for desert. When you're done eating breakfast, walk about a half a block down to Hole Doughnuts. The doughnuts couldn't be any fresher (they hand make them to order) and they're really good. They're yeast doughnuts (my favorite). The place is relatively small and very rustic. When you come, expect a line, this place is popular.
