An excellent breakfast place at the Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas

I usually struggle to find good breakfast places in Las Vegas. I'm usually shifted by a few time zones when I'm there, so I'm usually up before many of the breakfast places near me open. I usually hike down the strip to eat at Denny's.

Anna was with me one morning this trip and we woke up late enough that the the one breakfast place I never tried at the Mandalay Bay was actually open, Citizen's.

The staff was very friendly and we quickly settled in for our breakfast. I ordered the Country Fried steak (no surprise, right?) and it was excellent. It was very well prepared with an interesting gravy. Unfortunately, my potatoes were cold, but they quickly remedied the situation.

It was an expensive meal, but it is in an expensive Vegas hotel. I'd definitely go back.
